Reshape entered into everyone’s consciousness a few months ago and everyone seemed to brace themselves for the impact and then.....bizarrely things seemed to calm down and the conversation has moved on. I am stunned to see interviews for new hiring (for jobs which could in no way be viewed as essential) proceeding. I am away from the hubs of Europe and North America, but Reshape is simply not being discussed. When will details of layoffs be announced? Why are new interviews and everything carrying on as if nothing has changed? Or is this simply the calm before the storm?

Look at how things can change quickly...Exxon Mobil hinted today at huge job cuts to be announced in the New Year...these things can come like a bolt of lightning..
Maybe it will be not so quiet for much longer....cuts are coming.
