UK and Germany are both affected. Seems like Germany have a longer period to find a new role.
UK employees are going through a risk of redundancy collective consultation for 30 days where I suppose they give an answer? Then they kindly offer a 15 day 1:1 HR meeting.
Assuming all of this is a check in the box exercise and they’re planning to lay us all off anyway?
Anyone been through this process? Do they pay you 1 week worth of wage? What happens if you feel this isn’t fair?
I’m so stressed! Hope they have a conscious that they are putting peoples lives at risk during COVID.
