Management getting an extra bonus. Very convenient to do right before the associate survey.

at wichita,atDillons,meat dept,you know we all use to speculate about what the heh heh heck Dillons future would look like in 20 yrs,well heh heh heck people it looks like exactly what we said!!weak non productive Dept heads ,weak ,lazy,incompetent store managers who were hired in recent years to lead the way who came from our competitors due to failure of their own ignorance.They fit the mold ,just what kroger was looking for,they show up aggressively and HEY YOU GUYS!!!BINGO!! in a weeks time they are brilliant, they know more than any of us veteran employees who put them out of a job,I mean it's why they have now joined us..WELL IDN'T it ??Sorry isn't it I mean!!I have been dogged,talked to rudely,abusively,asked aren't you retired yet,or you are the highest paid fish guy in the state,because my hours are coming out of seafood now not the meat dept,cut from 40 to 20 ,so I work both depts,I am still the work horse at 50+yrs old,because the younger and other fellows are just to wore out people,I'm sure you readers know what I'm talking about here,because we are few now,we made this company ,we built it,we respected it,we honored it,we evaluated ourselves driving home from work ,now did we not??You bet your a– we did.We are Dillons,we Kroger diehards,we good people,we are loved by our customers because we freaking care about them as humans,and they expect to see us every time they visit,especially the elderly folks,why??because they deserve to be recognized,they have spent serious money on us,and to have a manager post up on you when engaging them is seriously a violation in my world,like bodily harm,it's as wrong as the word means!!HUH!!SO CUT OUR JOBS,defame us veterans,shame us,terminate us,falsify documents in our folders,be jealous of us because we work every day like it's our last,keep letting new hires congregate in corners or bathroom for hours a day ,we veterans will take the heat we have been for years on end and some of us still exist and guarantee you this kroger when the few of us are eliminated,you will be eliminated to,game over,GOD SAYS SO!!!!!✌
What extra bonus? Management hasn't gotten any "extra" bonus of any kind. All they are getting is their second quarter bonus paid out early. Instead of getting all of the yearly bonus next year at one time, Kroger is paying it out quarterly for the year,
