The 60 days of pay is not a package. The 60 days of pay is a requirement WARN act of 1988. It is true they were pushing people to get projects completed the last couple months. I personally worked every weekend the last 2 months to meet deadlines - from ungrateful bosses.. at least I know why they were so ungrateful
