"Support org is impacted. Mostly seniors."
Not surprised. New VP is vicious and two-faced. Smiles at you right up until she stabs you in the back. She's using the layoffs to clean house vs restructure.
Europe affected? or only US?
Support org is impacted. Mostly seniors.
Which teams at MuleSoft were affected?
Don't be sorry pal, thanks for sharing info. Glad to hear you're safe now.
Sorry! It was a prod-only all hands. Not much useful information. No layoffs on the prod side. No more layoffs resulting from the current restructuring.
Where is the all hands??! I don't see it on anyone at MuleSoft's calendar
"Anybody confirms this planned call?!"
I made the comment and I can confirm there is an all hands. I don't think it's to announce more layoffs, but to explain what happened and why. I can tell you people are p-ss-d off. It's typical to have a MuleSoft all hands the day after major announcements from the ELT.
If the below comment saying there is a All Hands call today (Thursday 27th Aug) at 9am Pacific Time is true then that would mean this is not over. Anybody confirms this planned call?! Particularly worried about the situation in EMEA too, as most comments relate to US.
Mule did get effected. Not sure which team. Org wide email confirms this.
No staff from MuleSoft CS globally, confirmed in AH
Support: no announcements, likely Hyderabad migration over the next few years though - SFDC Support SVP said as much in an AH a few months ago; no ticket system except for biggest clients. Docs will need a lot of work for that to be viable.
There is a MuleSoft all hands at 9am (Pacific) on Thursday.
no data in FR as of now
