That all hands call & Marc's comments on Bloomberg has ruined this company's morale permanently.
Ohana principles don't match the reality. Hypocritical employer who treats their staff like sh!t.
Practically, what is it going to do? They'll "listen" and they'll "carefully consider feedback" or whatever, and we will be discussing how awful the all hands was in the next round of layoffs.
The cutesy name, the circle jerk about how amazing and incredible it is to work here, the time wasting talking circles around a question, it's all calculated and it's all intentional. The ELT does not care, not one bit.
Wow that was the most uninspiring ELT call, Who on Earth put Bret to deliver a sensitive message like that? Lacking emotional intelligence, empathy and very scripted. He read off the screen!
I wonder how they made the lay-off decisions?
