We totally game the system, you must know that? Funny that leadership literally only cares what our Glassdoor score is, like just the number. Same with the employee survey. No context, no nuance, no depth to the data. PS - Nobody reads your long-form survey question responses, and in fact they're actively hostile to the mere idea of listening to and acting on employee feedback. All they care about is that number, and optics.
97% approve of CEO. 90% approve of the company. WTF. Are you kidding me. My companies glassdoor reviews are half of this. Damm...I picked the wrong company for sure. I going to apply if the employees love the company so much. Yes layoffs...but wow...97% like the CEO.
Our CEO is a robot...reads from page during managers and above meetings.
I am so confused. So many companies with CEO below 50%. I do not get it. Why the anger. I dont get it.
dont rate me negative. I wish I could work for a company with 90 percent plus approval rating. I would not be grinding my teeth everyday at my current job.
