If you read the VICE article on the layoffs, it includes quotes from a Tableau engineer. I don't think it mentioned numbers, though.

The earnings call yesterday talked about how successful of a quarter it was for Tableau..I don't get it
so far all of QA and the travel team
I do not have numbers but I've heard that they got materialy affected and that the layoffs are over as of today. I left on my own in December and I can tell you that we were not expecting any layoffs (growth was all folks talked about)
