Consulting pipelines are looking healthier but we are still too heavy for the current demand - we need to get smaller. They waited initially as nobody knew where COVID will take us, now things are clear and there will be cuts.

By wait, I think compared to Deloitte who started cutting deeply in May and April. ACN mostly because of the NGM decided to wait and see when it came to major cuts. It's now coming. Insane on the M&A stuff though. 18 acquisitions in FY20 and they're going slash 25,000 jobs. Such is life I suppose.
What do you mean they waited initially? layoffs started in May and ongoing.... Interesting there is no slowdown on M&A side
