My guess on when the layoff is. It more likely when the talks of VRIPs are offered. If GE wants 200 people gone out of 273 the onion will negotiate VRIPs If no one takes VRIPS the onion will try to negotiate SERO’s. The company will not got for SEROS they would rather have that age group quit on their own. So that’s when the layoffs will most likely happen. So listen to the opps leaders who got the email layoffs are coming and dust off your resume.

Ops leaders already told union members to dust off their resumes. The great onion will not admit when the big restructure is coming
