Numbers don't lie. When you do the math, with all variables in play, A&E is in it's death throes. One more week, or one more month. It won't recover from this nightmare. EXTREMELY inept management, who can't even communicate with proper English in spelling and grammar through e-mails... EXTREMELY misguided management priorities as to what is IMPORTANT and what is not... ABSOLUTELY NO FOCUS on customer service anymore. Screw the members. It's the DOCUMENTATION of rescheduled calls, and WHY they were reschedule that are MOST important to the higher up's at A&E. SERIOUSLY! State of service keeps increasing and I wonder why. No one in management gives a c-ap anymore. And Neither do I. PLEASE..... Fire me. End my misery at this wretched place. I would like to get my life back, and really, REALLY, care about customer service again. YOU PRICKS!!

Many technicians have left Sears knowing the current state of the company. Sears is trying to fill those vacant spots any way they can.
Wow . I just got a call from a lady who works for Sears home services and ask me if I would consider working for home services as an Appliance Tech. they need to hire 500 techs around the nation and is offering a $2.000.00 sign on bonus. they offer free cell phone free uniforms and a service van. I don't know how they got my phone number .But I must tell you ,I used to work for sears as a technician back in 1976. I think a lot has changed since that time including my age 64 years old. What do you think is going on here?
That's funny, a&e is not growing. There shrinking and more every week. I know you want to hold on by the threads but they've had such a bad Rep since 8 years ago.
I was also contacted last week asking if I would like to come back as a tech (I left for another job 3 years ago). The guy said that A@E was growing and they were reaching out to former employees as they needed 5000 techs. I have been following Sears news and this site so I knew the truth. I politely told him that I was happy with my current job so was not interested. Made my day though!

Guess what? They called yesterday asking me if I am available to come to work, after they kick me off year and half ago... Actually, my wife had a nerve to talk to them, I was out cutting grass. They said, they are calling all previous employees to offer the job... She told them - the best way to reach me is to send e-mail (since we need some evidence). But, nothing came in and I don't expect anything... Excuse me now, got to get some pop-corn...
