What full timers were let go today? What’s your position and did you get severance?

Not true Sm. We have 4 ft saved. One with 15 on with 13 and two with TWO years. Let go was a 14 year 12 year and 9 year full timer
SM. Our store did not keep the most tenured. Are you sure there was no exceptions to this?
3 ASM’s all hired same date and only 1 stayed.
Any idea if they had choice here on who to keep?

The one with 3 years got let go.

Sm what is the severance package for associates and how do they figure out how much you get?
two weeks paid severance across the board plus any unused vacation time
I got saved over someone with more tenure because she had write ups...so there are exceptions
Does anyone know if Corp will have more lay offs ? Way to many high paid knuckle heads still left there?

When you say hey holders excluded, what do you mean? Will ASM's stay ASM's?

SM here. And I can tell you it’s not all full timers. Your store will have a structure of #of ASM’s, # of Dups, # of full timers.
Whatever your structure is, the most tenured people stay. No exceptions.
Keyholders excluded.. let’s say you have 6 full timers, and your structure allows for 4, you’ll unfortunately lose the 2 with the most recent hire date.
I know a few stores aren’t losing anyone. Bc they fall within their structure.
Its a secret for now. SMs now who is getting fired, but not saying anything until the company says so
