The problem in Mville is bigger than one person. The site is broken. You have the old timers that have checked out and just send out the occasional powerpoint to let you know they are alive. You have the folks pretending to be leaders by finger pointing and sabotaging their own co-workers to cover up that they are incompetent. Then you have the "workers", some of which have never put out a product in their life and their only guidance is from people that do nothing. It's a miserable environment created by miserable people. I'd say the solution is to create a culture where you acknowledge and clean up your own mess, but I think the people of LI are just aholes and the rest of the company is paying for it.
They need to clean house in Melville starting with Alice in wonderland. She hasn't been able to get the dumpster fire under control.
