Those who are wondering what’s the severance package that cognizant offering

Hi Guys,
Hope this will help at least some of you..
GCholder worked with CTS for 1year ..got 4th rating for 4 months of performance (not sure what basis I got this) terminated from a billable project.
They are offering 8 weeks of pay along with 4 months of COBRA coverage..

If you have GC or EAD take the package and thank them for reliving you , you can easily find something better in the 8 weeks period.And never try to join service based companies.

Sorry for the people who are terminated withH1visas

I received 7 weeks +2 weeks for notification. If i reject it, will they assign me to new project?

Apart from bucket 4 , are they read comment what your manager had give?

They didn’t mention that to me .. but they paid For unused leaves

Thanks a lot for posting the information. Did they give any details such as how many weeks per year of service for the severance package and also en-cashing leave balance if any?

Not sure on VSP.. for now it seems 4th bucket people and people on bench are impacting

Any voluntary separation package?
