As per usual a post was removed that brought corporate managements ability in to question even though no names were mentioned nor did it break any of the forums rules.
I hope corporate managers read this. If you aren't prepared to be questioned and held to account and behave like cowards then don't carry out actions that bring this about.
The corporate bullying was there long before the machine shop went into meltdown, that’s part of the problem, you can no longer treat employees the same way you did 25 years ago and not expect resistance, times have moved on and turning a blind eye to what’s happening will not make it disappear, management have to earn respect, not demand it.
The Machine Shop behaviour and verbal attacks on fellow workers, feeds into the comments on the video being accurate or even understated unfortunately.
We all saw from the video what corporate management think of us in Aberdeen, and unfortunately that attitude filters it’s way down to dept managers, and as they have discovered, people have had enough and some are actually glad to be away, and those who get made redundant will look back in the future and go thank **** I got out.
