I feel sorry for Costco customer service that has to get yelled at for completely incompetent scheduling now. At least with Shop Your Way shutting down no one has to be called a c*nt 30 times a day because of a $5 coupon anymore

I work at Costco...we still use the AS/400 for almost all functions in the store, so we are no stranger to out of date technology.
I don't know about Innovel, but that's 90% the reason we went to UPS. Phantom autoorders on 50 year old software terminals no one knows being delivered to long closed stores losing the good Lord Jesus knows how many millions, while things are being shipped back and forth over and over, and people not saying anything, because it makes for good metrics Business as usual at Eddie's Sears.
