I know the Americans are receiving 3 weeks per year. Has anyone heard what the terms are in Canada? This will likely be my first time getting laid off so looking to understand the norm on this side of the border (I had heard month/year) in past rounds

It can be more than 4 in some cases. Depends on multiple factors age, seniority etc.
You should already have that info and you would have already been laid off. Congrats on making the cut!
