Will HAL be shifting to an international focus? Maybe this is coming up from management to prepare for a Biden presidency in case he wins as he will not be good for oil and gas industry in the US and will be a puppet for the climate extremest. There will be plenty of international work in this case as US will dry up as a power in crude production and the shift will go international. Even Norway is pushing ahead with plans to ramp up and they talk the climate stuff every chance they get (I used to work for Statoil before the name change, and we were bombarded with emails on climate regularly, which always seemed odd to me).

It appears the fork in the road is just up the road and H has decided to take it.
Read Oilpricetoday.com; They talk specifically about Halliburton and how Jeff Miller says that Halliburton is moving to an international market more so than the shale.
Q3 & Q4 are all about cutting costs. We do it every year. Kind of an annual exercise like Halacademy. We have cut so much costs in the good old days in every Q3 and Q4 that we are now left with only options of closing the facilities and laying off employees.
More cost cutting by September, you know what that means, more cuts coming!
Ask a good data scientist and he/she will tell you the story. Ask a very very good data scientist and he/she will tell you the truth.
You have a problem with climate change? Like you don't believe we need to do anything about it? Like you don't believe it will affect and continue to affect every person on this planet? You are an ignorant and self centered person. Grow up and look at the data. It's real.
