To all those that question my employment... Yes I am still here.
To all those that question my outlook... Yes I am still positive.
To all those that question my commitment... Yes I am still committed 100%.

My Employment: I work for a firm that continues to embark on it transformation. Even through these uniquely challenging times our leadership and sponsors made the decision to move forward with our investments. Data center Build outs, New Product releases and rationalization of cost models are just a few.

My Outlook: I remain positive because I see the changes in our culture. The adoption of customer first mentality across the board. Cross functional teams working to quickly resolve issues when they occur. Leadership that is quick to take action in favor of the customer and a positive outcome regardless of the investment when it makes sense. Customers who are vocalizing their gratitude for our evolution.

My Commitment: Steadfast!! I am committed to delivering the best outcome possible. I am committed to those around me that have the same passion for success and growth. I am committed to my own success and driving others to succeed along with me.

Its not that I don't see the challenges. Its not that I am not aware of some of the hardship. I choose not to focus on these things. I focus on vision... I focus on possibilities... I focus on the impact I can make.

It's real and its happening. The question is do you choose to see it?

Sungard AS is viewed as a pathetic joke in the industry these days ..... will be a chapter in future business textbooks on how not to run a company

I honestly don't think this person even works for SunGardas, he comes off or she comes off as upper upper management if they are from upper management why don't they ever come up with figures sales figures retention figures , layoff figures cut figures outsourcing figures how come they never mention Unitas taking over our whole network little by little they will outsourced everything and nothing will be left this is a shell of a company. Once a proud s&p 500 company

I would put forward that the only reason OPG is so happy is that he/she is either taking prescribed medication from their doctor, has left anyway so is just baiting or is high level management who will get a big payout anyway. Take your pick, certainly isn't anyone doing any proper work.

You are the one and only person I've heard with this perspective. The company appears to be treading water at best. You'll have the biggest "I told you so" in history when that bright horizon appears.

Stop it, such sarcasm makes me burst into laughter and my wife and kids are looking at me wondering why I’m cracking up. I have to admit it’s refreshing to see that kind of tongue in cheek humor and doing it with kind of a straight face but you and the rest of us know what you’re saying is just hog wash. Hilarious!!!

I think in the past 10 years sungardas has has more rounds of layoffs than any other company in the planet

Heads rolling on July 31st. More cuts in Pune, some in the US and a few in the UK.

Just a cheerleader and you know how they help teams win football games.
