Has availability gotten any better? Or are most of y’all in draw pay or minimum wage adjustment. Just curious as my store closed months ago.

Sears registerS if you're lucky to have more than one working now that Leena's failed iPad experiment is a failed abortion
Correction - the sales are going into competitors registers. Not Sears’ registers.
I'm averaging about $20 an hour. An email was sent out to members yesterday advertising that we are the appliance headquarters and up to 30% off. That generated a lot of foot traffic the last two days. I wish associates at some of the slumping stores would have a better attitude.
Sales are terrible and what’s left of corporate keeps telling the stores to cut payroll ‘cause you don’t have sales. That’s because we do not have the merchandise customers want. Too many basic, essential items oos. We keep building walls and sectioning off the store. Every customer asks “When are you closing?” “Are you closing”. The “We are in transition “ answer isn’t very convincing to the customers. There is no go forward plan! It’s a long, drawn out liquidation without actually saying it’s a liquidation.
Had to turn away customers b/c too many items are oos.
The sales are going where they always go, into the registers.
Truthfully, I feel there are a lot of disgruntled employees. It’s bad when the people who have worked there for years and years decide to leave.
Love all the b–chy comments by people who think they are so cool and smart. New Flash - you are not.
How do you THINK they're going?
