Who’s In charge of the global Technology centers now?
Does this mean Mark Davidson & Golchi are gone from PE too?
What about the chemistry manager for Baroid? Is Greg Powers still stealing a wage?
Yet they are still in leadership roles and are successful. So they must be doing something that works to be successful, and that is the point I am making.
By the way, if you check other message boards, every single one of them has posts about their leadership. And each and every one of them is about how terrible their leaders are. So is this an universal issue? Or is this due to something else? Think about it.
They are from other companies and their buddies brought them in, and we can't get rid of them. Either you don't know them or you are a favorite, but I do know them and they are horrible! In 2015, when the employees were exhausted with the emotional and work stress after multiple rounds of layoffs, and some employees decided to find other jobs, these jerks actually told us remaining employees that we don't get to make the decision to leave, they make the decisions who stays and who goes. And we need to be grateful we were kept at all.
So instead of building moral during a horrible time, they threatened employees and tore them down. Of course there are a handful of people they treat well because they like them...but that is not the majority. Don't always think people are in management because they deserve it!
Why do you think they are in those positions and successful? They can’t all be id–ts and got to those positions due to sheer luck.
You have to be kidding me! They are complete bullies! They are on the list of people who are going to put this company into bankruptcy.
BTW, I have been watching this post since it started. Why are the responses getting erased? Hmmm weird....
Greg is incredible, Mark is great, Sriram is amazing.... we have great leadership and we should fully trust their abilities.....
