There's a lot of rumors going around regarding a massive layoff even for July. The ARRIS layoff packages are being replaced with signifigantly worse CommScope packages July 1. I've heard from a few managers that they know something is coming but they don't yet know the scope...or even if their own departments are going to be effected. Looks to be a specific percentage reduction across the company with a lot of former ARRIS employees in Horsham getting sacked.

"Commscope fiber cables"
I been in Data Centers and in many many companies. When the support teams arrived at our labs (E.G. from Juniper, Cisco, Verizon, etc, etc) whose cables do they bring (with them) to our data center?
Every day, something in the network was down, somewhere in one location or another, but I must say, those Commscope cables NEVER
failed.
I would NOT buy anything else.

Hmm...sounds like layoffs happening just after SVP video leaves. So he leaves unscathed I guess. Maybe that's why he's out (again).
