Seniority guys Sacrifice the newer techs who worked harder and better . I’m still on the job , just supporting the new guys !!!!
Maybe they complain because they know how it’s supposed to be and more importantly how it was. And unfortunately the newer techs/employees will never know how good it was or more importantly how It is supposed to be. CD treated each person as family, JD couldn’t care less, unfortunately Altice cares less than JD did.
All the guys that have Seniority are lazy pieces of sh– !!! They do nothing but b–ch . Especially the stewards !!
I don't get it. If you did not believe in the seniority based system, why in gods name did you vote for a union? Clearly you did not do your research before you voted YES, did you? Now you think your many many weeks of experience should count for more then other many years? Why didnt you look into what you were voting for? You failed, now you're mad. BTW did you ever think, even for 1 second that one day YOU might be the guy with 20 or 30 years of experience? Are you going to bow down at that point to some guy (Not even born yet) and let them take your job from you cause they suffer from the sad belief that those children are better then you? Yet right now thats how you think?! No wonder you voted union! Cable TV started the day you walked in the door huh?
They only became union so that they could use the seniority system !!! So sad
Union should be ashamed. I get the whole “it’s a company decision” but they don’t even fight. Waste of space!
don't worry. The union will prolong it as much as they can. Then you'll hear that the lay off list is changing 2-3 times a day. Then mid way, you'll learn about a shift change that you have to work 7 days a week but "nobody knows why they're doing it'.....what a waste
