I think the way it is being done, during the pandemic is very harsh..people are stuck here, have not seen their families for months, and have been loyal to the company for many years.

t corporate communications should have gone out and outlined the reasons for lay-off. That would be professional and would have been understandable..
Even people were laid off while being OOK
Being treated like bad meat is what we’re used to, but trapping us here is getting Bad! Let us go before things start catching fire, or plumbing gets clogged with concrete, or gas tanks get sugared or the thousand other things that could possibly go wrong! Passive aggressive behavior is a learned survival tool of those that you are ignoring!
