Diversity, Inclusion and meritocracy is a lie

Trying to present this image of inclusivity is a slap in the face at best. Internally, we know what a joke it is. If you can lick boots clean, you get ahead. The inclusivity, meritocracy idea is all a joke. Let's layoff and start afresh with more forward thinking talent

I agree. There are so many incompetent people given accolades for doing no-brainer things. When the layoffs actually come around, talented people are getting the boot up their rear because they didn't bend over to kiss it earlier.

Ideally, lay off everybody. Then rehire based on qualifications, intellect, and experience. Disregard the candidate's genitals, height, weight, age, skin color, who they love/date/married, nepotism, and any biased web-based quiz to determine if they are "company material." Hire people simply based on their ability and interest to do the job.
Heheheheh... I know... its a PIPE DREAM. They're always going to be biased. Qualifications, knowledge, and achievements/merit mean ZERO. "Goal Zero?"
