You will notice from the SEC filing "The restructuring plan primarily impacts the TRU Simulation + Training business (TRU) within the Textron Systems segment, and the Textron Aviation and Industrial segments."
If TRU in Canada only has 20 folks where do you get 1950 from? "Textron Aviation and Industrial segments." Their words not mine.
Go to txt and the information is there.
Tru in Canada only employs like 20 people and that was as of last year. Get a clue. Less than 3 years you are laid off for sure.

It’s 1950 bargaining AND salary across ALL of Textron’s companies. Not ANYWHERE does it say 1500 bargaining Textron Aviation employees. Get a clue.
1500 Bargaining at Textron Aviation plus some Salary
any guess how many of these 1950 positions would be at Textron Aviation?
The numbers are in there... I heard this is only the start. Basically all new hires are gone.
Page 2, paragraph 4, 2nd to last sentence. This number is across all mentioned business units in the filing.
I see the mention of layoffs in the filing. Where did you see the 6% number?
The restructuring plan will result in the elimination of up to 1,950 positions, representing 6% of our workforce.
Finacially not as bad but no numbers as far as layoffs.
