Management- you guys absolutely blow! Do your job! Customers have piss poor service and you maintain no communication with us technicians regarding the network. Collecting your six figures while the company is collecting lawsuits for our garbage network. Customers are p-ss-d at us and rightfully so. F— the managers and the higher ups

I’m a Direct Sales Rep. I am SOOO Freaking sick and tired of having a dozen phone calls every day from active customers who have piss poor service. Altice have bare boned this company to the point that there is no where to turn for help. This com has continued to go to absolute sh– in last 5 years. Altice either needs to get their sh– together or just please sell to another company. Please. You are driving everyone that works for you crazy.
Managers are just doing what they are asked. Same as we’re doing .. This is a big set up . Sale coming soon . Us executives are dropping stock like fools for a reason .
Customers come up to me out in the field all the time saying they cant get through, hold times are 1-2 hours, etc. And when they do get through its foreigners that they cant understand.
