I know most of the layoff warnings here are trolling, but that doesn't change the fact that we've all been fearing layoffs for years now near constantly. And for a good reason, how many people have been laid off just in the past twelve months?
This has stopped being a good place to work a long time ago and I for one am ready to say goodbye to it. If there really are layoffs today or this week, I hope my name is on the list.
No matter what happens it will be okay. Have faith. Layoffs are not easy, nor are they fun. Quit complaining about the job you’re being paid to do. If you don’t like it, look for other opportunities. Life is hard, and if you’ve Ever really struggled in life, you’d appreciate having a job! Life is what you make.

I agree a TSV in Augusta Ga has the worst Senior leadership !! Hope they are included in the lay off.
Get to steppin then! You think the grass is greener, go hop that fence and try it out. See who else is going to pay you over $30 an hour with no degree. Not to mention you’re most likely one of those guys that spends half the day in the dumper, playing on your phone. Good luck finding a company that’s kosher with that.
There is a much better life after being laid off from Cessna. The company that hired me was appalled at how little I was being paid at Cessna.
