By the end of next year, Keyera will have closed 6 plants in 3 years - over 100 layoffs. Nevis, Gilby, Buck Lake, Ricinus, Nordegg, West Pembina. Strachan has also laid off half of their operations staff. Only the camp plants up north are healthy.
