A union is the worst thing that has ever happened for cessna. I even remember the combining of the seniority by rank about a year or so ago and how heavily it was being pushed by the union to go vote for a lose-lose contract and for what? Absolutely f—ing nothing and i never regretted something so badly in my life untill i joined the union.

What bunch of whiney b–ches, they love their seniority until it works against them. Hey didn't your Union Brothers vote for this contract and didn't YOUR Union combine the seniority list last year???? If don't like it, go complain to them. So shut up or quit and go to work for McDonalds if they will take you. Oh by the way you HARD worker, you will need to work at McDonalds not stand around and talk since they will not provide a shop steward to protect you when your living in the bathroom on your cell phone.

Round table meeting yesterday. Management said there would be layoffs in a month or so.
