I am hearing that we are 100% done with layoffs and barring major problems with the economy bouncing back there should be no additional cuts this year. Also, I am hearing that there is a very large P&L shuffle in the works, they will be moving cheese on the MD level and things may look different for many coming out of this shuffle.
As always, we'd announce in September and start executing immediately.

Not accurate.,,, more layoffs planned at talent review time (next 2-6 weeks). At a MINIMUM.... the following will be let go: 1. anyone on a PIP; and 2. anyone who has "not progressed" for a 2nd year in a row. As I said, that is the minimum communicated.... i expect more. At all levels. It's every person for themselves at present internally
If you've been around for a while you know that we reorg every year. We do a large reorg every two to three years. So, rest assured, a reorg is coming - it's a given thing.
