Large cuts in the Denver and Calgary office. Significant amount of managers, directors, employees that have been with the company for 10+ years. Still waiting on the total % cut across the board. Very sad day for everyone within the company!

The workers have to suffer for DS & ELT’s poor decisions, bad timing, lack of planning.... brand it as being Agile and innovative until poor decisions are apparent, then insert “unprecedented times” excuse here!

They are cutting appx 25% of all employees across the organization. Decisions made by VPs and higher. The cuts are being blindly made with no input from the line managers that understand the business. It was good while it lasted.

Cuts are broad and deep - Ops, Maintenance and Engineering all impacted in the field.

Remember Mr Suttles arrived in June of 2013 - two weeks before the Flood and since October 2013 when the first round of VPs were let go and it has continued; the stock price has never recovered; but for the lucky ones who are no longer there I say well we do not have to drink the tainted koolaid. Again the hard workers are let go but for some reason the weaker ones are left behind.

The VP's and EVP's that are gone were the GOOD ones.

The Utah field offices start their layoffs at 8am today (06/16/2020). Looks like half the field office will be laid off (like 160 people).

Take Cdn companies. Put in US leaders who are republican. Tell you nothing is profitable. Move everything to the US. Bankrupt or sell off company.

Cnd tanks. Rebuilds. Process starts again. USA only comes to Cnd to extract profit by as a destruction model leave it floundering. One day maybe our politicians will do something about it.

What's the Suttle-butt? Employees were told no layoffs just a couple of weeks ago. Now there are layoffs. With respect and dignity? That remains to be seen!
