Not totally true ...Director level less than 1 year 12 weeks 200k plus you do the math. They kept going back and forth with the decision but after the first red flag it was time to start looking. 6 weeks later the axe fell. I'm sure it all depends on level. Also a few other perks tossed in nothing major like a Andes mint on your prison pillow.
A manager here, So Cal. Yes, this is correct 1 week for each year of service.
Can confirm, I was nuked on Thur. 2nd year consultant, Banking... Low utilization #s (long story)...
