Discovery medical credit card

Is any one else having to jump through hoops to convince discovery that our medical appointments & visits are a valid expense. I have to prove every expenditure on my own time with my own computer. Like workday the employee is doing all the work

i had to deal with the same b.s. for the first time i used the card for a whopping 20 dollar charge to their asses...i called to complain as to why i as a consumer had the burden of proof here when the charge via p.o.p credit card machines shows who is charging them...this is their business, why are they not doin the investigative work....

I used it the other day for a virtual dr visit and a pr-scrip-ion with some over the counter stuff and haven't had to prove anything

I’m glad to hear that. Gives me hope for the future. I’ve had to prove 4 Dr appointments and 2 dental appointments. All were routine and totally covered by my insurance

I haven't had any issues using my card so far and I've had at least 1/2 dozen med visits this year.

Yep, I do. I even sent them an email asking why I had to prove that the bill from an Eye doctor was from an doctor. Even when clearly the name of the place was an optometrists. Gave some reason about IRS. Blah blah
