Thread regarding Sears layoffs

OK, I did tons of research for this. Ramona and Walnutport were already linked as closing on the Kmart jobs site. I also called Columbia PA, Mckilnelyville CA, & Edge Water MD. All but the last were confirmed they are closing. I called MD twice, but the lady Said they are NOT closing. maybe she didn't Know? Maybe she was Told to Say that. Or maybe they really are not closing. In any case, I have removed the 4 stores I was able to confirm closing. I then contacted the local media outlets in Columbia, Walnutport, Ramona, and Mckinleyville, asking them to publish the story so I could get some LINKS! So fat, several outlets have honored my request.

I have noticed that when I email a local news outlet about a store closing, asking them to write a story on it, they almost always honor my request upon verification. So long story short, you're welcome, y'all. I blasted us down to 35 Kmarts, 26 of which are in the US. Only 26, LOL. And if MD closes, we will be down to 34, but I cannot verify it at this point. If I find out that it is closing, I will contact the media in that area to write a story on it, which will Create a link. I would never announce a closing without a link.

• Statistics: Kmart absent in 41 states. 3 states, MA, MI, MT, have only 1 each. 26 Kmarts in US States total. Of those in the US, 8, marked with letter "P", have pharmacies.
  Puerto Rico has 4 Kmarts, USVI has 4, Guam has 1, so 9 total stores outside of the US. 35 total Kmarts left as of now that are not closed or closing.
