Somehow this team keeps delivering great results in spite of being positioned within a disfunctional IT operating model full of inefficient processes, and a company that funds its dividend increases through cost cutting measures alone.
Very few of them put their names in for VWO, likely because they feel a sense of purpose.
Leadership and IC's in this area are among the best, just like the old days.

Oh please this is far from accurate, that team literally falls asleep in project review meetings when they are supposed to be the “sponsor” and I don’t know how a couple of them got home from work at night. Their project data is the weakest I have ever seen in my 20 years in industry. They can make wizzy graphics with nothing to back it up and think they are so important, when they are the armpit of project work.
How are they still on an island and not incorporated properly with the rest of the organization for the scope they do is what I don’t understand. Not in IT.
Their controllers and coordinators are the weakest I’ve seen at Enbridge and equivalent to ones who got let go long before BOEF. They don’t stack up with other areas of the org, not even close.
I recall the Scada people complaining on this Board constantly a couple years ago
