Any update on furloughs? I’ve heard that some people who were partially furloughed have been brought back to 100%. Can anyone confirm? Any update on plans for bringing everyone back?

They told me beginning of June that staples wanted to bring me back. Got called yesterday saying my position was eliminated. Staples loves to F— with there employees. Promising them this and all that. Worst company to work for. All the lazy people get to keep working
The inside sales consortium teams have come back at 100% on June8th.
Basically told that after June 22nd anyone not returning is not guaranteed a spot
I work in the warehouse and have been told for two months I’m 4th on the list next to be called back to my department, HR swears to know nothing and I’m told just to wait to be called back. I check in every few weeks but I’m told the same thing every time. Not sure what to think anymore. I’d I’m laid off are they still responsible to pay me for my vacation and sick time I never used?

some have been brought back based on roles. Hearing that week of July 6th will be the 'final decision' in retail for furloughed employees. You will wither be back or laid off.
Some partially furloughed people have been brought back, not a lot. Can't speak for Spls Inc but definitely something coming up soon for layoffs in US Retail.
