I'm sick and tired of this place. They are using every trick in the book to get us to quit on our own in hope on saving on severance. I don't see them rectifying the pay situation any time soon for this exact reason. So if my name is on that list, I'll be more than happy to get out of here.

Severance? No more. We can not afford to buy product to stay in business. Do you really think they would pay severance?
I think a severance payout is wishful thinking at this point. Those that were let go at the beginning of the year lucked out.
Hope you saved the extra salary you’ve been collecting from unemployment to help with the permanent salary reduction that’s heading your way.

Unfortunately, I believe you are correct. They have all but come out and said they’re keeping the reduced hour/pay schedules. People will be forced to accept it or leave.
