Most all start up and re branded businesses rely on advertisement. There is a reason Transformco does not advertise.. I believe that there is no intention to grow. Forget any Superbowl ads... When has anyone ever saw a tv or internet ad pop up. Its just that simple.

The proper name should be TransDisasterco. It's been one disaster after another.
The Houston Texas Sears is closing. It’s on their jobs website.

Every one of the upper management folks that brought Sears to its knees will be at a new place within 6 months of leaving Sears if that's what they want to do. The corporate world, at that level, does not function the same for those folks as it does for the rest of us.
Karma is a b...h in that the dreaded miserable execs have no future at all...who is gonna hire them? Can you imagine the interview process with the devil digital company lead...what’s she gonna do next? Or the marketing/brand president who has an ego the size of the moon...
They are all nasty humans who ultimately will get what they deserve...

Positive word of mouth is all the advertising that Sears needs
Transformco doesn't use traditional advertisement just like SHC. They both believe/believed that shopyourway is/was a better way to spend advertising budget ie: sending coupons/printing coupons after every purchase.
Transformco is 100% about transferring all assets to other companies and shells so that when they file for Chapter 7 there is nothing for anyone to come after. What is really sad is all the people and small businesses they are taking down in the process. One can only hope that Karma really is a b–ch and that some of the higher-ups see an early demise.
What good would it do to advertise? You can find the Same junk at Walmart for 10% less
