People who are hoping WFH is here to stay might get their wish and then regret it immediately. What do you think Juniper's "let's cut as much costs as we can any way possible" management will do now that they know there are plenty of jobs that can be done remotely? Do you think they'll let you do them with your high pay or will they find a way to outsource it as soon as possible to workers who'll do it for the fraction of your pay?

This applies to most companies in IT sector. At least juniper has high hardware dependency can't be 100% WFH. I definitely can't power up few large MX2k in my garage to do a routing topology or my colleague do a board bring up at home so they need to have people in offices.
Don't be so insecure about your job not good for your immune system in this pandemic times. Relax and take a deep breathe.
