Chicken little here! Our industry is in this “real” recession and it is unreal with the sheer volume of layoffs. BP with 10K Chevron with 4000. Halliburton with thousands. OXY, Anasarko, And dozens of others operators and service companies in the US! It’s unprecedented.
Let’s be honest on this board. Gonna call it out, our new formula will have layouts if we can survive this oil and gas recession!

Just putting down my brokerage statements and made bank shorting stocks and buying them back on the way up. Your idea of retirement is waiting on that ol SWN stock to roar back to the 30s. Dumped mine years ago when it was worth something and loved the fact those grants had an 83b so money money money! The c-ap we have now is for tax deductions. The news said so, so it shall be a recession! SWN is hitting 52 week highs, however, but not doing as well as the great Chesapeake Energy! Must be the wisdom of Dewbre and all his second to none Okies! SWN should be hiring everything in site AGAIN, like 2010-2011 in the Mueller administration! Hire em and fire em in 6 months! Career kind of place. Most people could make more of a career flipping flapjacks at IHOP.
