We have only seen the beginning of a transformational period at Staples. In the weeks to come retail will most likely be reshaped, regions reduced by headcount and the general sales model changed. Rapid change now so the new teams can build a strong Q3 and Q4. That’s the leadership changes seen the past week and don’t be fooled, they have their orders.

Well don’t tell that to the folks on Reddit. They think staples is doin just fine (no lie). Clearly this company is waiting to “change “ things very soon. SD will be vague again in his next update but I expect HR to be giving the bad news soon
