The execs saw that the government wouldn't let the lay off until September and there limits on executive compensation. They didn't like either of those strings.
FYI - Sabre didn't take any bail out money and raised funds privately. Idk what all that means, but they didn't want the government strings attached I guess.
He needs the bonus to look forward to for motivation in order to perform his duties.
The guest workers can't exactly blow themselves can they?
I don't even want to think about his bonus or how much he, the board, and other execs drain from this company.
