does 60 day countdown start on date of fire or date of last pay stub?
I think there was option provided continue payroll till Aug 5 instead of getting lumpsum. Then ur termination on Aug 5. 60 days will be starting from Aug 5th, so till Oct 5th. If you choose getting lumpsum, ask HR to change it till Aug5 (payroll revolving)
