Return to the Office

How does everyone think return to the office will go? Will it start July 1st for non-management employees and will there be a rotating system or will we all return at once?

From what I hear, it’s going to be a mess when more people are in the office. There’s not enough room for safe distancing in the hallways, elevators, bathrooms, and kitchens. Plus, central air conditioning can spread Covid to a whole floor! I’m worried they don’t have enough safety measures in place to keep us and our families safe. Work from home is going well, let’s keep it that way to stay safe.

The delay in getting back to work is surprising. What will offices have in place two months from now that they can’t have now?

It will still be WFH through July.

I say we need to protest. All Oxy employees gather to show our solidarity to stay out of the office. We can demand WFH and accept nothing less. I feel discriminated against since they took 30% of my pay. Why should I have to work for less than I signed on for? I think the government owes me the difference , and I deserve it. Meet me down at Rajin Cajun tomorrow and we can walk to Oxy in protest of having to work. We deserve more and should not have to work for it.

Time to wake the f— up folks and get back to work. All this bs is making us all a bunch of weak chumps!

Is management back yet or is that scheduled for mid-June?

I think one person should be allowed in the building at a time.

Why speculate? Let’s wait until we hear officially.
