Like led zeppelins stairway to heaven, or pink floyds another brick in the wall, the Guam Kmart store stands out like a hit in a sea of b-sides. Why doesn't Transformco use this store as an example of what can be done right, to fix the other stores ?

That's because the Guam Kmart store is a bit of an anomaly. Transformco will hopefully sell that store to either Walmart or Kmart Australia eventually, it should continue to do well either one of those two banners hopefully.
Arent the kmarts in Puerto Rico also doing well ?
There is no Wal-Mart in Guam... If there was one the K-Mart in Guam would have been gone long ago.

What works in Gaum does not necessarily apply to the US market.
Why don't you move to Guam and leave the rest of us alone.
The situation is a bit different in guam, where people embrace the shop your way program with all their heart.
