Eddie isn't actually a billionaire anymore. He had this LOL theory that Sears' multi-billion dollar losses didn't matter because the tax writeoffs would offset all the money they would be making from the real estate profits. He forgot to factor in that he's the dumbest CEO in the history of the universe.
