They said on the all hands call that the plan was to not have any layoffs but that this may change as conditions evolve the first week we all started working from home. In the next webcast, they said that they were evaluating all options, which to me heavily implied there was a chance, but also were highlighting how good our year was prior to this, so it certainly didn’t seem as likely at the time. In the first call, I believe them - no one knew what this would look like. The second, I’m not so sure there wasn’t a plan in place or being developed
