Is there anyone left at corporate? Trying to contact ANYONE about unpaid invoices (from before we terminated supplying them due to non-payment), an every email and call to anyone at corporate goes unanswered. It's been like that for 5 weeks. Are they just ghosting anyone they owe money to or has everyone been let go and it's "let's not pay anyone we owe money to, liquidate as quietly and quickly as possible, and leave town" mode?

There's a very easy answer to this. We have accounts receivable, but very little actual cash coming in, and a whole lot of accounts payable. Those of us in accounting know Transform is headed straight for bankruptcy, there's already a no spend directive, so we're going to pretend like we see nothing and here nothing until we're all laid off.

Everyone knows legitimate businesses post and ask questions on sites such as this where Jessie “ the Gonzalez” and Leena post semi regularly.
Even the few people who are still employed working from home don't give a c-ap. I'm one of them. Just take your unpaid invoices and stick them up your a–. That is our new business model. No one cares anymore. At All!

Since the early April furlough of most of the people, most all of them are still on furlough and not allowed to perform a lick of work.

They did not ask for help In the post and Did not expect anyone the fix it. They asked a question. And technology providers and other service providers Could not do COD. Love how people on this site just love to talk sh– like they are so smart; only to come off looking like tards.

A friend of mine reports that close to 75% of the off shore team in India was let go recently by Transform. This includes I.T. as well as some other groups that handle A/P functions. I am guessing that's why bills are not getting paid. TransformCo/Sears outsourced many corporate type functions to offshore in the last 5 or 6 years. It's obvious TransformCo is in disarray right now, barely hanging on.
You actually believe any of the internet trolls who post on this public forum can help w/getting your invoices paid? Take them to court, turn them in to a collection agency. At least you’ll have (small) chance of getting something
We've received eviction notices for non-payment and we're in arrears on utilities and taxes. It's kind of important.
What are you spending money on at this time? Didn’t you get the memo. No spending?
Otherwise put it on your store credit card or pay them out of the safe if not too much

Just wait a few weeks you will get the bk paperwork. Also. Why in the world would you supply TransformCo on terms. Most smart vendors made them COD years ago. This is kind of like keeping a tiger as a pet then you get mad when the tiger bites you.
