What is yammer?
There are some groups who post lengthy weekly reports, but actually are s—ing up a huge amount of overhead in G&A expenses and OXY Capitol. Make no contribution to saving the company any money, just spend more and more and more on some useless automation, math, etc,
You can post all you want on Yammer, your fancy maps, charts, graphs, etc. But is it making OXY MONEY? That’s what Vicki and everyone needs to go by.
I noticed this too. Only thing I can think of was it’s because Vicki mentioned in her townhall last Wednesday that she reads it.

Definition of yammer: loud and sustained or repetitive noise.
